Me, my husband and kids were having fun late at night and got hungry. I asked for the options and my husband wanted to eat something saucy with not much spices. We planned to cook white sauce pasta to add more fun. We decided to make a vlog which can help people to cook creamy pasta in minutes.

200 grams penne pasta
2 teaspoon salt
3 pieces chicken strips
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 piece chicken stock
1 tea spoon black pepper
5 drops vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
5 drops soya sauce
5 drops chilli sauce
How to Make White Sauce Pasta
Boiling Penny Pasta: We need to boil water first adding 2 teaspoons of salt. On the point of boiling we will add a packet of penne pasta or the desired amount you want to cook. Keep stirring to avoid the clumping of pasta. Once you feel like pasta is boiled, stain it and pour cold water 2 to 4 times. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to make it greasy and mix. Keep it aside for further steps.
Chicken Strips Preparation: Take 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and stir it until it becomes golden brown. Then add chicken strips and cook it for 5 minutes. Add a few drops of vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce according to taste and stir again for 2 minutes. Further add 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, salt and black pepper according to taste. Cook it again until it becomes tender.
White Sauce Preparation: Add 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour in the chicken mixture prepared in the previous step and roast until it becomes golden brown. Now add some milk to make it thick in consistency, keep stirring to avoid lumps. Add chicken stock and half teaspoon of black pepper. Add more milk to make it saucy accordingly. Stir it for a few minutes until a bubble appears.
Mixing Sauce and Penny Pasta: Add boiled pasta in saucy mixture, garnish it with chili flakes and some coriander. Cover and cook it for 2 minutes.
Dish it Out: Your creamy white sauce pasta is ready to serve. Dish it out and serve!
Additional tips
- If white sauce gets thick then add some pasta water to maintain the texture of the sauce.
- Don’t overcook pasta, otherwise it will become mashed.
- Balance your spices according to your taste.
- You can add cheese if you want in a sauce that is optional.
Hope you will enjoy eating it.
Have a good day!
