It was a hot day, kids were having midday naps, me and my husband were sitting discussing our multiple matters. I, as a foodie person, was badly craving for pancakes and I always feel like there is no food that can’t be cooked at home. So we decided to cook and record the recipe before the kids woke up.

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 bananas

Strawberry syrup
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
How to Make Pancakes
Prepare the Egg Mixture: Separate 2 egg whites and beat them with a beater until it becomes fluffy. Now add ¾ cup of oil, ¾ cup of sugar and beat it again until all 3 ingredients become one in sight.
Batter Preparation: In a separate bowl beat 2 egg yolks and add 2 cups of all purpose flour with 1 tsp of baking powder. Mix it well and add the mixture prepared in step 1 to it. Keep mixing until smooth texture batter.
Making of White Pan Cakes: Now grease some oil in a pan using brush or tissue paper. Pour one ladle of batter and cook it until bubbles appear. Flip the side after bubbles appear. Cook 6 to 7 pancakes according to the required amount.
Making of Brown Chocolate Pan Cakes: I kept half batter aside and added 2 tsp of cocoa powder for a change of color and taste. This way I made two types of pancakes for layering.
Layer Pan Cakes to Serve: Start layering pancakes alternately adding strawberry syrup in between. After layering, coat the top with chocolate syrup, bananas and some chocolate chips.
Enjoy yummy pan cakes!
