It’s been a week since it’s been raining and the weather has changed a bit, one would feel cold under a fan. I’ve been cooking veggies for a long time and to bring change instead of going out and eating some junk I decided to cook something really creamy at home. I started looking for the stuff available at home and decided to cook creamy sausage shells. We also recorded a video.

Ingredients
200 grams shell pasta
200 ml cream
8 sausages
50 grams cheddar cheese
4 mozzarella cheese slices
1 medium sized onion
10 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cube chicken stock
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
½ cup milk
3 to 5 leaves mint
How to Make Creamy Sausage Shells
BOILING SHELL PASTA: Start with boiling pasta, take water in a pot and boil it with 2 tsp of salt. Once the water starts boiling, add shell pasta according to the quantity you desire. Let it boil. Drain the water, pass some cold water through it to avoid stickiness and grease it with a few drops of oil. Keep it aside for later use.
CUTTING & CHOPPING: Chop 3 to 5 cloves of garlic and 1 onion finely. Cut sausages into small chunks.
SAUSAGES COOKING: Now take 1 to 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Add sausages and saute it for 8 Minutes until golden brown. Take it out in a separate plate for later use.
SAUSAGE SAUCE PREPARATION (PHASE 1): Take 2 tsp of oil in a pan, Add chopped garlic and onions and cook until good fragrance and translucent. Add cream, mix well. Add milk according to the requirement of what consistency you want to keep your sauce, thick creamy or runny.
SAUSAGE SAUCE PREPARATION (PHASE 2) : Add chili flakes, salt, paprika powder, chicken stock, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix sauce well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add cooked sausages and your creamy sausage sauce is ready.
MIXING & ASSEMBLING: Add boiled shell pasta in sausage sauce and mix it well. Add some black pepper and garnish with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese with few leaves of mint. Cover and cook it until the cheese melts. Serve it on a platter.
Pro tips
- Mint garnishing is optional.
- You can adjust spices according to taste.
