Cloudy days, perfect moods and amazing company demands for crazy meals. Saucy wraps are one of my favorite crazy meals. They are always so satisfying when cut from the center and you see your filling look so perfect and colorful with sizzling dip or cheese sauce. Today I cooked yummy buffalo chicken crunch wraps, which I’m pretty sure no one’s gonna miss and try because it really was so yummy. Recorded a short video, check it out.
Ingredients
250 grams Chicken boneless
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
2 teaspoon Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Buffalo sauce
50 grams Cheddar cheese
4 to 5 leaves Lettuce (optional)
2 Tortilla wraps (regular)
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wrap Recipe
MARINATION OF BONELESS CHICKEN: Marinate 250 grams of boneless chicken with ½ teaspoons of salt and black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder and 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, leave it covered for 30 minutes minimum.
COOK MARINATED CHICKEN: After 30 minutes or more of marination, put chicken in a pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame once you feel like chicken is 75% cooked and tender. You can check by pricking your toothpick or obviously by eating.
COOKING SAUCE & CHICKEN: Time to add the main ingredient of this recipe, buffalo sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce and 1 teaspoon of chili sauce in 75% cooked chicken. Mix it well, cook it on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
TIME TO ASSEMBLE:
Arrange all ingredients needed for the filling of wraps.
– Lettuce (chopped)
– Cheddar cheese (shredded)
– Buffalo sauce chicken
WRAPPING UP OF TORTILLAS: Take a regular sized flour tortilla and add portions of chicken, cheese and lettuce. Wrap it in a way recorded in video. Grease griddle with some oil and heat both sides of the wrap until it turns golden brown.
READY TO SERVE: Cut wraps from the center and serve with some lettuce leaves. Yummy buffalo chicken crunch wraps are ready to serve.

Pro Tips
- You can use any tortilla wheat, all purpose or corn whatever is suitable for you.
- Adjust spices in chicken according to your taste. If you don’t like spicy food, take half the measurements.
- Lettuce is optional.
- If you’re a cheesy person, also add the same quantity of Mozzarella cheese.
