The recipe we are going to add today is the same and the best part about this is we get a beautifully cooked meal which is so aromatic. 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
450 grams Chicken breast
250 grams Linguine pasta
50 grams Basil leaves
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
7 Garlic cloves
100 grams Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 teaspoons Black pepper
4 teaspoons Salt
How to Make Bruschetta Chicken Pasta Recipe
Cutting & Chopping: We will start with cutting cherry tomatoes, chopping garlic cloves and basil leaves. Cherry tomatoes should be cut in halves, garlic cloves and basil leaves should be chopped finely.
Mixing tomatoes, garlic & basil leaves: In a bowl, add all 3 ingredients (cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil leaves) with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Mix it well and keep it aside marinated till the last step.
Boiling Linguine pasta: Boil water in a pot with 2 teaspoons of salt. Add linguine pasta, mix it well to avoid clumps and let it boil.
Cooking Chicken breast: In a pan take 1 tablespoon of oil and put chicken breast on it. Sprinkle ½ teaspoons of salt, black pepper and oregano on each side of both pieces of chicken breasts. Cook from both sides until golden brown and it becomes tender and juicy from inside. Once the chicken is done, cut it in slices or medium chunks.
Assembling & Mixing: Time to assemble marinated veggies, chicken chunks and linguine pasta. Mix it well and garnish heavily with Parmesan cheese.
Time to serve: Serve it on a platter with one little bunch of basil leaves on top. Bruschetta chicken pasta is ready to eat.

Pro Tips
- You can add more spices on chicken breast while cooking e.g paprika powder, garlic powder etc.
- Don’t over cook linguine pasta, it won’t give a good presentation. Keep checking while boiling.
