Tuscan chicken comes up with chicken and multiple flavors that are merged together to make a delicious and mesmerizing aromatic flavor which one can’t deny to eat. Although penne or rigatoni goes best with creamy sauces, they were not available on my side and fusilli was the only option I had. I thought of giving it a Tuscan flavor today and recording for you all.

Ingredients
250 grams fusilli pasta
50 grams baby spinach leaves
1 medium tomato chopped
5 chunks sun dried tomatoes
10 cloves garlic
100 ml cream
250 grams chicken breast
1 tablespoon butter
50 grams Parmesan cheese
1.5 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika powder
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
How to Make Creamy Tuscan Chicken Fusilli Pasta
Boiling pasta: Boil water in a pot with 2 teaspoons of salt. Once the water starts boiling add fusilli pasta and bring it to boil. Keep it aside for further steps.
Chicken breast preparation: Cut chicken breast in thin filets and place them separately. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and paprika powder on both sides all over the filets.
Pan searing chicken: Take 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add chicken filets calmly and cook it from both sides. Keep cooking until both sides turn to golden brown and the filets become tender. Take them out, cut into chunks and keep aside for the next step.
Tuscan chicken sauce preparation (Phase-1): In the same pan take 1 tablespoon of butter and melt it. Add chopped garlic and cook until golden brown. Add chopped tomato and sun dried tomatoes. Let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Tuscan chicken sauce preparation (Phase-2): Now add cream and 2 ladles of pasta water, mix it well. Add baby spinach leaves, Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Lastly add chicken in the prepared sauce.
Mixing pasta and sauce: Add boiled fusilli pasta in prepared Tuscan chicken sauce, mix it well and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes and it’s ready.
Ready to serve: Dish it out, garnish with Parmesan cheese and chicken breast slices. Serve it hot!
