When it comes to pasta time, neither me nor my husband delay it because we both are Italian food lovers. It was a bright Sunday and my husband decided to devote Sundays for family. We were having a great time with the kids because our elder son had just started talking, not actually talking but saying words. We are so excited and enjoying these new milestones. To add more joy we both decided to cook spaghetti bolognese. We also recorded a short video.

Ingredients
1 small onion
8 cloves garlic
5 peeled tomato puree
150 grams spaghetti
150 grams beef mince
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red chili
½ tsp chicken powder
½ tsp chili flakes
¾ tsp chili sauce
½ tsp soya sauce
How to Make Spaghetti Bolognese
TOMATO PURÉE PREPARATION: Take some water and boil it, when it comes to boiling point put 4 to 5 tomatoes and boil them for 6 to 8 minutes, take them out and let them rest in ice water. This will help you peel their skin easily. After peeling, blend it to purée and keep it aside.
BOILING SPAGHETTI: In the same water of boiling tomatoes add 1 tsp of salt. Put spaghetti in the water for boiling without breaking it. Cover it and let it boil. After boiling, put the spaghetti in a strainer to get rid of water. Pour cold water through, grease a few drops of oil to avoid stickiness. Keep it aside for later use.
BOLOGNESE SAUCE PREPARATION (PHASE 1): Put a few drops of oil in a pan, add chopped onions and let it cook until translucent. Keep stirring. Add chopped garlic and cook until you feel a good cooked aroma of roasted garlic. Add boiled beef mince and cook it for 4 to 5 mins.
BOLOGNESE SAUCE PREPARATION (PHASE 2): Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili, ½ tsp chicken powder, ½ tsp chili flakes, ¾ tsp chili sauce, ½ tsp soya sauce and mix it well. Then finally add tomato purée and cover it for 2 minutes to cook and our bolognese sauce is ready.
MIXING AND ASSEMBLING : Mix already boiled spaghetti with bolognese sauce and cover it to cook for 3 minutes.
