150 grams all purpose flour
350 grams whip cream

How to Make Coffee Velvet Crepe Roll
Silky cream preparation: In a container, add 350 grams whip cream and beat it a little for almost 2 minutes. Now add 40 grams of icing sugar, 1 teaspoon coffee and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence in it. Beat until you get a silky smooth texture of cream. We don’t need whipped texture. Keep it aside for filling in a piping bag.
Crepe liquid dough formation: In a bowl take 3 tablespoons butter and melt it. Now add 2 eggs in melted butter and beat it for almost 30 seconds to 1 min. Time to add sifted 150 grams all purpose flour. Mix it well. Add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Mix it all to make a perfect blended liquid dough, which looks smooth in texture.
Cooking Crepes: Grease the pan with oil, heat it up. Add 1 ladle of liquid dough and spread it all over the pan by rotating the pan. Once you feel some bubble formation, change the side and cook it until you feel crepes cooked fully. Cook 4 crepes.
Crepe rolls: Take 1 crepe and add some cream on it prepared in the first step. Spread it and fill some extra. Make a roll of crepe by folding it. Repeat it for 4 crepes and serve in a long dish.
Garnishing: Garnish served rolls with cream, chocolate syrup and chocolate chips 2 times on repeating the same sequence to give heavy garnishing. Sprinkle some sifted cocoa powder. Freeze it for at least 2 hours.
Coffee velvet crepe rolls are ready to serve.
